Teaching Philosophy: الفلسفة والرؤية المنهجية للتعليم في التعليم العالي: التعليم والتعلم من أهم المجالات الحيوية في الحياة البشرية منذ القدم لذا لابد أن نتعامل مع هذه الهوية للأمة وهذا المجال الحيوي في كوردستان بتأن وتروي وعلى منهجية واستراتيجية علمية ورصينة لنحافظ على التنمية المستدامة ونحققها،دون ضغوطات وتأثيرات غير واقعية وغير منسجمة مع واقعنا الذي نعيشه في كوردستان، وهذا لا يعني أبدا أن لانتعامل مع الواقع المعاصر في هذه العولمة العلمية والادارية والتكنلوجية ، ولكن لابد من الانسجام مع الواقع العولمي بصورة تدريجية يتطابق من حيث الهيكلية والمنهجية والعلمية والواقعية مع واقع كوردستان ،وهذا ما لانراه في التعليم العالي بصورة مطلقة أما بصورة جزئية موجودة . لابد أن نقرأ واقع التعليم في كوردستان كما هو لا أن نضخمه في غير حده وموقعه ولا أن نضغط عليه ونحمله ما لايطيقه واقعنا التعليمي إلا لقلة قليلة وهذا يؤدي إلى الفارق الطبقي بين أفراد المجتمع وبالتالي يؤدي إلى الصراع والنزاع بين الطبقات التعليمية وهذا ما نخاف منه في هذا الواقع. ما ذا نفعل :بعيدا عن كل شيء إلا التعليم : - لابد أن يكون هناك انسجام وترابط بين الوزارات التعليمية تطبيقيا لا شكليا وخاصة الوزارات المعنية . - أن يكون هناك تنسيق وترابط بين الواقع التعليمي والواقع المجتمعي حتى يتسنى لطلابنا التعامل معه. - أن نقوم بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك في ظل المنهج العلمي والحاضرات العلمية في الأقسام العلمية. - أن نجعل الوزارة والتعليم مؤسسيا أي التعليم المؤسسي في جميع الدوائر المعنية . philosophy and vision Philosophy and methodological vision of education in higher education: education and learning is one of the most vital areas in human life since ancient times so we must deal with this identity of the nation and this vital field in Kurdistan with care and narration and on a scientific and disciplinary methodology and strategy to maintain and achieve sustainable development, without unrealistic pressures and effects And inconsistent with our reality that we live in Kurdistan, and this does not mean that we never deal with contemporary reality in this scientific, administrative and technological globalization, but it is necessary to harmonize with the global reality gradually in terms of structural, methodological, scientific and realism with the reality of Kurdistan, and this is what we do not see in education Absolutely higher, partially present.
